The Purpose and Overview of "Benchmark Standerds of Serviceology"

　日本学術会議経営学委員会・総合工学委員会 サービス学分科会(委員長 新井民夫)は、2015年秋よりサービス学の参照基準策定小委員会(委員長 西尾チヅル)を設置し、サービス学の参照基準を制定する活動を継続し、2017年9月8日に公開された。この参照基準は、サービス学を学ぶことで得られる知を中心に、サービス学科の構造と意義とを明らかにしており、今後の学科設置、学科経営の柱となる。<br>　そこで本OSにおいては、参照基準制定の経緯、その内容と意図の説明を行い、サービス学関連の教育を実施している大学教員からの報告を行い、今後のサービス学教育の姿を探る。
