サービス学の論理基盤

近年の情報通信技術の進展や社会のデジタル化によって、生活世界の中で価値を具現化するサービスが重視される社会への移行が加速している。それにより、サービス事業者のみならず、市民にとってもサービス学の知識や思考を修得する重要性が増している。それにもかかわらず、サービスに関する学問の体系化は十分でなく、発信主体も多様であることから、社会経済が抱えるさまざまな課題に十分に応えられていない状態である。日本学術会議サービス学分科会ではこのような社会の変化とニーズに応えるべく、学問としてのサービス学の体系化と高等教育機関における具体的な教育実装の方法について審議を重ねてきた。そこで、サービス学会との共催の下で本OSを開催し、サービス学分科会でとりまとめた提言の内容を紹介すると共に、サービス化する社会におけるサービス学のあり方と高等教育機関における教育実装の方法について広く議論する。
