The review on Research of Service-Dominant logic

本セッションでは、サービス研究に対して新しい視点を提示してきたS-Dロジ ック（サービス・ドミナント・ロジック）およびSロジック（サービス・ロジック）におけ る最新の研究課題を取り上げ、今後のサービス研究の方向性を探ることを目的とする。2004 年のVargo and LuschによるS-Dロジック、当初のグッズ･ドミナント･ロジック（GDL） との対比という限定的な視点から、市場構造を理解するマクロ的な視点での議論を中心と しながら、メゾ、ミクロへと議論の範囲を広げていくことで、多くの分野の基盤となるグラ ンドセオリーとしての位置づけを志向している。一方、Sロジックは北欧の研究グループを 中心に研究が進んでおり、特にミクロ的な視点に焦点を当てながら、顧客と企業との相互作 用を強調する。S-D ロジックや S ロジックを中心とする議論について、サービス概念が期 待されている取引の範囲を超えて拡大するビジネス環境の状況の説明を意識しながら、サ ービス概念の再考と研究、教育、実践における課題について検討し、今後の方向性について 議論をするものである。
