Building on the Ogawa-Sato line-of-sight model (O-S model) [1], we have proposed a method for calculating line-of-sight ratios that takes the first Fresnel zone into account [2]. In this paper, we report on the establishment of a method for calculating line-of-sight ratios that incorporates the first Fresnel zone for the O-S model in low-rise building environments.
