In 6G and other systems utilizing frequencies in the SHF band and above, the street canyon environment is one of the important service areas. Although a propagation loss estimation formula for the microwave band in street canyon environments has been proposed [1], it includes empirical parameters and lacks a clear physical interpretation. In this paper, we focus on the dominant arriving waves and report on the construction of a physically explainable propagation loss model.
