The 300-GHz band has attracted significant attention for realizing ultra-high-speed wireless communications; however, challenges such as high propagation loss and limited transmitter output power remain. In this study, a reflectarray antenna was placed in the near-field region to investigate high-efficiency wireless transmission through beam focusing. The measured transmission efficiency S21 at the center frequency was −4.8 dB for an antenna separation of 1 m, showing a difference of 1 dB from the simulated value of −3.8 dB.
