A dual-polarized substrate-integrated waveguide (SIW) endfire antenna is proposed for the 300 GHz band phased array is designed by arranging the proposed antenna elements. The structure was designed to feed orthogonal dual polarizations while achieving impedance matching. Then, its isolation characteristics are presented, followed by an evaluation of its radiation performance.
