Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) is an active remote sensing system that provides amplitude and phase information. While diffusion models have emerged for signal reconstruction, most approaches treat SAR data as real-valued signals, neglecting phase information and causing structural over-smoothing in PolSAR despeckling. To address this problem, we propose a complex valued diffusion model, namely Cova-Diff. Experimental results on ALOS-2 PolSAR data demonstrate the efficacy of Cova-Diff in despeckling and signal preservation.
