[B-20-10] 920 MHz帯レクテナを用いた小型電界強度センサの基礎検討

In recent years, studies have been underway to establish technical standards for the outdoor use of 920 MHz band wireless power transfer (WPT) systems, and the scope of their application—including outdoor environments—is expected to expand. In this paper, we fabricated a compact electric field strength sensor utilizing a 920 MHz band rectenna and evaluated its performance. We confirmed LED illumination at a space electric field strength of 1.71 V/m or higher and demonstrated that the relative strength of the space electric field distribution can be visually confirmed by arranging multiple devices.
