In network management, Network Management Systems (NMS), Element Management Systems (EMS), and Network Elements (NE) maintain various types of management information, such as physical and logical configurations, which must be kept consistent. However, inconsistencies can arise due to design errors or configuration changes during operation. Conventional approaches determine correction targets based on fixed rules or operator decisions, which require significant effort to maintain and lack flexibility under dynamic operational conditions. This paper proposes a novel inconsistency resolution method based on multi-criteria evaluation. The proposed method sequentially applies multiple evaluations with predefined priorities, including status evaluation, data acquisition feasibility, consistency with related information, and update history. By prioritizing more reliable evaluation criteria and terminating the process once a correction source is uniquely identified, the method reduces dependence on manual decision-making. Furthermore, combining multiple evaluation perspectives enables flexible and consistent resolution of inconsistencies according to operational conditions and system states. Comparison with conventional methods demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
