We are currently proposing a configuration for interconnecting wavelength signals across different domains and vendor equipment; however, existing solutions lack sufficient wavelength protection and security measures, and are subject to distance limitations regarding the interconnection span. This document outlines a proposal and method for wavelength signal interconnection that addresses these challenges.
