In this paper, we address the issue of increased network load caused by excessive Service Requests from misbehaving UEs and propose an efficient suppression method on the network side. In conventional methods, when short-interval repeated requests or authentication mismatches occur, the network cannot proactively suppress UE requests, resulting in increased signaling volume and processing load on network functions such as the SMF. The proposed method identifies misbehaving UEs based on request history, including timestamps, UE identifiers, and number of requests. It then performs early rejection of requests and suppresses further processing by discarding subsequent signaling from repeatedly requesting UEs. Simulation results show that the total signaling volume associated with Service Requests can be reduced by approximately 70% in environments where misbehaving UEs are present. The proposed method enables more efficient utilization of network resources.
