With the rapid advancement of quantum computers, the adoption of Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) and Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) is expected to achieve quantum-safe security. This paper proposes a hybrid architecture integrating PQC and QKD with consideration for compatibility with cloud services. The proposed architecture is designed based on an overview of Orange's service architecture and presents an authenticated quantum communication scheme using the Wegman–Carter Message Authentication Code (MAC), together with the configuration of relay nodes in a QKD network. Furthermore, the proposed architecture supports flexible deployment ranging from PQC-only services to hybrid PQC/QKD services, demonstrating its applicability to a wide variety of deployment scenarios.
