The authors, through their research on In-Network Computing, propose a bandwidth-aware congestion control algorithm that optimally regulates transmission amounts in response to sudden bandwidth fluctuations in mobile communications. In this presentation, we propose a method that controls video in conjunction with this bandwidth-aware congestion control algorithm to prevent a significant drop in video QoE even when network quality in mobile communications suddenly deteriorates.
