With the widespread adoption of IoT devices, large-scale and efficient SIM management has become increasingly necessary. With conventional physical SIMs, individual handling is required for each device, making it difficult to maintain communication availability without on-site work when changes in communication routes occur due to carrier outages, congestion, or disasters. To address this issue, using eSIMs (Embedded SIMs) for IoT that comply with SGP.32 and enable remote profile rewriting is an effective approach. This paper describes the construction of an IoT platform that uses eSIM multi-profile capabilities to flexibly and quickly switch to the optimal communication profile.
