Reservoir computing (RC)-based methods have been investigated for compensating dispersion and nonlinear effects in optical fiber transmission. In this study, we use a mixed RC consisting of linear and nonlinear nodes. We varied the mixture ratio and spectral radius and investigated their effects on the nonlinear compensation performance of the reservoir.
