Trusted-relay QKD networks rely on finite quantum-key inventories whose availability continuously evolves due to key generation and consumption. Existing admission-control schemes typically consider only current key availability or rely on centralized state collection. This paper proposes PIAC, a predictive in-network admission-control mechanism that computes path key availability directly within programmable data-plane QKD relay nodes. PIAC aggregates relay key availability information through packet-carried state and enables admission decisions without centralized coordination. Simulation results on a 32-relay backbone topology show that PIAC achieves the admission performance of centralized predictive admission while significantly reducing signaling overhead.
