This work presents a Ka-band time-division (TD) phased-array MIMO transmitter with built-in spatial notch generation for 6G multi-stream transmission. By reusing four RF paths through time-domain beam switching, the proposed architecture enables RF-path sharing and stream coexistence with reduced hardware overhead. The same vector-modulator switching operation is further used for notch steering, suppressing sidelobe leakage without additional analog cancellation paths. A prototype transmitter verifies two-stream OTA operation with 400-MS/s 64-QAM OFDMA signals. The proposed notch steering achieves 20-dB interference suppression and recovers Stream-1 demodulation with −24.2-dB EVM.
