本研究では海水中での透過率が高い緑色の波長領域に対応したDBR層を有するGaInP受光素子を作製し, 変換効率の入射強度依存性を評価した. DBR有の変換効率はDBR無よりも高い値を示し, 最大変換効率は入射レーザ強度密度0.28 W/cm2における39.0%であった.
