The feasibility of optical wireless power transmission depends not only on conversion efficiency but also on constraints related to the heat dissipation area of the equipment. In this study, we proposed the amount of power that can be transmitted per unit of heat dissipation area as an evaluation metric, it may be possible to increase the amount of power that can be transmitted by raising the temperature of the heat dissipation section using devices such as heat pumps.
