This paper proposes a bio-imaging system by using the NVC quantum sensor towards cell-level conductivity measurement. Conventional method for measuring the conductivity generally utilizes the probe and only gives the bulk average property within the sensing region which is millimeter level. In contrast, this research aims to utilize NVC quantum sensor to achieve the conductivity measurement through optical imaging. In this paper, the details of the bio-image system with the NVC quantum sensor are explained and the imaging results with plant cells are presented.
