近年, 高集積, 不揮発な情報ストレージデバイスとして, 磁壁移動メモリ[1]が注目されている. 磁壁移動メモリは, “0”および “1”のディジタル情報に対応する磁区を磁性ナノワイヤ中に形成して記録し, 駆動電流により磁壁が移動することでシフトした情報を読み出すデバイスである. ところが, 磁性ナノワイヤの構造や記録情報パターンに依存して磁壁が安定に移動しない場合があるという課題がある. そこで本稿では,磁壁が安定に移動する磁性ナノワイヤの構造について検討する.
