Bounded Confidence consensus is a consensus model in which only agents with similar opinions interact with one another; it is used to model opinion polarization and cluster formation. In this paper, we investigate a method for promoting interaction in bounded-trust consensus—which features heterogeneous opinion exchange thresholds—by utilizing PageRank derived from past opinion-exchange histories.
