[H-5-01 (Invited)]Modulation of 2D semiconductors by chemical procedures
〇Daisuke Kiriya1(1. The Univ. of Tokyo (Japan))
2D semiconductor materials are gaining attention as a material platform for future electronics. One challenge is how we achieve doping to this thin-layered semiconductors. In this talk, I would focus on doping techniques with molecular chemistry. The molecular chemistry technique looks effective for modulating the carrier concentrations of 2D semiconductors and applying it to optical and sensor applications.
