発表言語の変更について
今年度は試行的に、口頭発表を日本語可（字幕による同時通訳あり）といたします。
発表スライドは、英語のみ、または日本語・英語併記にてご作成ください。
本変更は、多分野にわたる本シンポジウムにおいて、より理解を深め、活発な議論を促進することを目的としております。
なお、フラッシュトークにつきましては、従来どおり英語でのご発表をお願いいたします。
Change in Presentation Language Policy
As a trial initiative this year, oral presentations may also be given in Japanese, with simultaneous subtitle translation provided.
Presentation slides should be prepared either in English only or in both Japanese and English.
The purpose of this change is to deepen mutual understanding and promote active discussion in this multidisciplinary symposium.
Please note that flash talks should continue to be presented in English, as in previous years.

Request for Including a Presenter Photo in Poster Presentations
To promote active interaction among participants and to improve the visibility and accessibility of presenters during the poster sessions, we kindly ask poster presenters to include a photograph of themselves in their poster.
For details, please refer to “ Poster Presentations and Flash Talks.”
