Category
Research and Development I (Translation and Implementation Stage): Projects that have been transferred to national projects such as Wakumoda* or a company, or are expected to be transferred within roughly two years.
Research and Development II (Product Development Stage): Projects expected to be transferred to national projects such as Wakumoda or a company within roughly five years.

• Oral Presentation (Next Generation Researchers): In addition to presenting your research, please be sure to include your "future research vision", including the goals and impact you hope to achieve through your research.
• Poster presenters are also requested to give a Flash Talk (on-site).
• Poster & Flash Talk (on-site) - Seeking Collaborators: Posters submitted by participants who wish to recruit collaborators with expertise or technologies needed for their research, or who would like to showcase their own expertise and technologies to initiate new collaborative research opportunities, will be designated and displayed as collaboration-seeking posters.
• Note on Poster & Flash Talk: If the number of applications exceeds the available poster presentation space and/or Flash Talk time slots, some presentations may be accepted as e-posters only.
How to Submit
Please submit abstracts using the submission form by clicking the button below.
- You can enter up to 30 institutions and 35 authors.
- Title length: Maximum of 200 characters.
- Abstract length: Maximum of 2,000 characters.
Modifying or Withdrawing an Abstract
You can review, modify, or withdraw your submitted abstract until the submission deadline.
To do so, log in to the abstract submission system using the login ID and password obtained during registration.
You cannot make any changes after the abstract submission deadline.
