Test Meeting of Zoom (Oct. 8, 11-13)
SSJ provides opportunities to test the Zoom online tools before the Fall Meeting. All meeting participants, particularly presenters and session chairs, are encouraged to test the access and learn the operation of the Zoom online tools. Zoom breakout rooms, which are used for Poster session core time, are also available.
An assistant is available to test the sound, screen, and operation of online tools during 9:00-12:00 and 15:30-18:30 of October 12 (JST). Except for this period, administrators (hosts) open and close the meeting but do not attend the meeting through all the day. The online service is provided on a first-come first-serve basis and please share with other test users.
