Within the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station PCV, a complex slurry containing fine particles and colloids composed primarily of iron, barium, and carbonates forms amidst the fuel debris and contaminated water. This study systematically evaluated the physicochemical interactions, structural formation behaviour, and impact on solidification performance when incorporating such colloids into metakaolin-based geopolymers.
