[O17-01]How we manage large open public events in mobile planetarium? - Experiences on events in Utazo Planetarium.

Open public events there are generally large number of people who wantted to have enertainment programs with surpise experiences. The mobile planetarium is one of the best enertainment program for these events as it is a 360 degree experience with interesting, sometimes scientific content. The planetarium programs are enjoyable for all ages.
On the provider side these events has so many issues to solve for the success.
In the oral presentation I will summarize the problematic issues for organizing and realizing these kind of large events and I wanned to give some tips and findings to other mobile planetariums based on our 13+ years of experience in our mobile planetarium, named in Hungarian Utazo Planetarium (Travelling Planetarium). / www.utazoplanetarium.com , facebook.com/utazoplanetarium /
In the presentation I will speak about general isues like which is the ideal size of the mobile dome in an event?, How to prepare the program for diffferent ages? How to handle 10-14 pklanetarium show screening in one day? How many amployees are necessary to realize these projects? During the event how to handle the too many people? How many people is ideal in done dome in one planetarium program? How to set down these 30-60 people in a mobile dome?
Do we need children programs? What is a Family program? Science can be showed in an open event? What are the favourite topics in the mobile planetarium?
What kind of audio system is needed? How to prepare the outside communication, the program list and how to keep the timings? What necessary security issues should be considered and how to solve?
Do we need marketing and design for preparation for an event?
Maximum how many peole can attend the program in one day? Is it possible to provide shows for 1300 people in one day in mobile planetarium dome???
Whar are our experience on these events on customer/visitor side and on the employee side? How to handle copliances if appears?
Presentation will include photoes, posters and experience hints and tips.
