This study investigates AISI D2 tool steel fabricated by Binder Jetting Technology combined with optimized sintering and post-heat treatment. Near-full densification of 99.13% and a maximum tensile strength of 1.3 GPa were achieved through martensitic transformation and refined carbide distribution.
