Lisa Collison is the Chief Primary Health Care Nursing Officer at the Australian Primary Health Care Nurses Association (APNA). She is a Registered Nurse, with senior leadership experience across primary health care practice, workforce development, education, research, and advocacy, with a focus on career architecture. In her national role, Lisa leads strategic initiatives that build nursing capability and strengthen the visibility and impact of primary health care nursing, working in partnership with government, professional bodies, and community stakeholders to advance sustainable, evidence informed workforce solutions.
