*Lee Siwon1 (1. World Health Organization Regional Office for the Western Pacific)
April Siwon Lee is a Technical Officer at the World Health Organization Regional Office for the Western Pacific, working on healthy ageing across 38 countries and areas. She pioneered WHO’s first globally launched social prescribing programme and currently leads work on arts, health, and well-being in the Western Pacific. She supports Member States on policy development, programme design, and evidence generation. Previously, she worked on tuberculosis, maternal and child health, and health promotion across Canada, China, Kenya, Malawi, and the Philippines. April holds an Honours BSc and an MPH from the University of Toronto and is pursuing a DPhil at the University of Oxford.
