To evaluate distribution of the excess air is vital for groundwater dating using SF6. For the estimation of excess air value, we used dissolved Nitrogen and Argon data. Water samples were collected from 49 springs and 22 wells in the Chubu region. We will present estimated excess air values and discuss its impact for SF6 groundwater age.
