The existing methods for generating structured light beams, particularly vector beams, often necessitate complex optical setups or intricate material fabrications such as metamaterials or are limited in generating a diverse range of beams. We address these challenges by employing an intensity multiplexed hologram on a birefringent azo-carbazole polymer film. This polymer film exhibits a polarization-selective reconstruction effect, even with an intensity hologram. By utilizing this property, we record two intensity holograms sequentially. In the first exposure, a scalar vortex beam with a topological charge l1 is recorded using a P-polarized writing beam. During the second exposure, a different scalar vortex beam with a different topological charge l2 is recorded with an S-polarized writing beam. When a P+S polarized reading beam traverses the film, both recorded holograms are reconstructed with equal intensity but exhibit orthogonal polarization. Passing this through quarter-wave plate results in the formation of a vector beam of l1≠ l2, which can be represented on higher-order Poincaré spheres (l1= -l2) or hybrid-order Poincaré spheres (l1≠ l2). This approach can be extended to any structured light beam by replacing the vortex beam with any arbitrarily structured light beam, given an appropriate selection.
