We present an ultra-high-sensitivity optical coherence tomography angiography (UHS-OCTA) approach to visualize in vivo human cutaneous microvasculature. The proposed method combines increased frame repetition, prolonged acquisition time, and dynamic OCT (DOCT)-based temporal analysis to enhance the detection of fine vessels and slow blood flow. Compared with conventional OCTA, this approach improved the visibility of superficial capillary structures in the papillary dermis and enabled more complete visualization of the vascular network.
