This presentation reports a high-precision automated Fluence Map system for wavelength-dependent femtosecond laser ablation measurements. The system integrates wavelength tuning, pulse energy adjustment, sample autofocus, beam profile acquisition, and prism-pair pulse-duration compensation. By spatially aligning the measured beam profile with the corresponding crater morphology, local incident fluence can be correlated with crater depth without assuming an ideal Gaussian beam profile, enabling accurate ablation threshold extraction even under wavelength-dependent beam-profile variations. As a demonstration, single-pulse ablation experiments were performed on sapphire at near-infrared wavelengths with the pulse duration adjusted to 230 fs.
