Conjugated polymers have attracted increasing interest due to their versatile electronic, thermal, and optical properties, particularly their strong absorption in the UV-Vis spectral region and high fluorescence quantum efficiency. In this work, the thermo-optical properties of fluorene-benzothiadiazole and fluorene-thiophene derivatives (PFT-M2, PFT-ME2, PFDTBT-M24, PFDTBT, and F8BT-M) were investigated through absorption and emission spectroscopy, conical diffraction, and thermal Z-scan techniques. The results revealed strong absorption in the blue and green spectral regions and emission in the red region. Moderate to high fluorescence quantum yields were obtained, while all samples exhibited positive nonlinear refractive indices, indicating their potential for optoelectronic and photonic applications, including OLEDs, photovoltaic cells, and optical limiters.
