perovskite solar cells

The long-term stability of perovskite absorber layers is essential for the practical application of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Although alkali-metal A-site additives have been widely introduced to enhance device stability, their individual effects on bulk degradation and degradation pathways are not yet fully understood. In addition, conventional device-level characterization is often unable to isolate the intrinsic degradation behavior of the perovskite layer due to the presence of multiple functional layers in PSCs. To address this, impedance spectroscopy (IS) was used to investigate the evolution of the electrical properties of the perovskite films. Thermal stability was systematically evaluated by comparing pristine FAMA films with KFAMA, RbFAMA, and CsFAMA films containing 5% K, Rb, and Cs additives, respectively.
