Here, we demonstrate amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) from a solution processed quasi-2D perovskite (PVSK )film, PEA2Csn−1PbnBr3n+1, deposited on a flexible polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrate and investigate its emission behavior under mechanical bending. The absorption spectrum of the quasi-2D PVSK film showed several characteristic absorption peaks corresponding to low-n phases (n=1 to n≥4), while the photoluminescence (PL) spectrum exhibited a dominant emission peak at 515.6 nm. Under Q-switched pulsed-laser excitation, a pronounced ASE peak around 533 nm was emerged on top of broad spontaneous emission as pump fluence above threshold around 23.8 mJ/cm2. As the curvature of the quasi-2D PVSK film increased from 0 cm-1 to +1.33 cm-1, the ASE intensity increased significantly, while the emission wavelength remained nearly unchanged. The enhanced ASE performance is attributed to increased optical scattering and improved optical confinement induced by mechanical bending. These results demonstrate the excellent optical stability of flexible quasi-2D PVSK films and highlight their potential for future flexible photonic and laser applications
