Hybrid-order polarization singularity lattices (HOPSLs) are structured light fields with complex polarization topologies composed of higher-order V-points surrounded by first-order C-points of opposite topological charge. Generated through the coherent superposition of five non-planar linearly polarized beams, they form highly ordered non-periodic polarization lattices. We investigate their self-healing behavior under partial obstruction using numerical simulations. After introducing a circular obstacle, the blocked region gradually reconstructs during propagation, leading to full recovery of the original lattice after 17.5 cm. The restored field preserves both intensity and polarization distributions. This self-healing is driven by transverse energy flow associated with the singular beam phase structure, which redirects energy into the shadowed region. These results demonstrate the robustness of HOPSLs and their potential for imaging, beam shaping, and micromanipulation.
