We report software-synchronized nonlinear optical sampling for waveform-level monitoring of high-speed optical signals. A highly nonlinear fiber FWM gate maps 10-GHz/10-Gb/s signals to low-bandwidth detection, and zero-padded FFT peak estimation retrieves the sampling step. The method reconstructs picosecond waveforms, extracts amplitude/timing metrics, and achieves ~10× GPU acceleration.
