この度、伝統ある日本大腸肛門病学会の第 80 回学術集会を2025年11月14日（金）～15日（土）に、グランドニッコー東京台場で開催させていただきます。東京女子医科大学としては第45回浜野恭一先生、第 66 回亀岡信悟先生に続く大変名誉ある機会をいただき、役員ならびに会員の皆様に心より感謝申し上げます。

今回のテーマは「Cornerstone and Connection：大腸肛門診療における礎と繋がり」です。内科、外科、肛門科の三つの領域から成る本学会は、いずれの領域も先人たちの築いてきた礎（Cornerstone）の上に作られてきました。第80回という節目の学術集会では各領域での礎を見直して、踏襲していくべきものと変わりつつあるものを考え、次の世代に引き継いでいただければと思います。またテーマに掲げた繋がり（Connection）には、同じ診療科での様々なアイデアのみならず、異なる診療科での革新的な治療法、さらに海外における診療の実際や経験などが繋がることで、現在の診療がアップグレードされ、未来の治療の指針となることを期待します。

東京での開催は6年ぶりとなります。今回総数 910 題と多くの演題の応募をいただきありがとうございました。学術集会で初となる２日間を通じてのEnglish sessionは国際化に向けた新たな試みです。さらにライブ感覚で手術や内視鏡治療を味わってもらうためのノーカットビデオセッションも企画しました。この機会に礎となる知識や技術を学び、さまざまな繋がりを通じて広い視野を得て、明日からの診療に向かっていただければと思います。スタッフ一同、有意義な学術集会となるよう準備を進めて参りました。久しぶりの東京での学術集会を存分に楽しんでいただければ幸いです。

 

President’s Welcome Message

It is my great honor to welcome you to the 80th Annual Meeting of the Japan Society of Coloproctology (JSCP), which will be held on November 14 (Fri)–15 (Sat), 2025, at the Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba. I sincerely thank all members and colleagues for making this meeting possible.

The theme of this year’s meeting is “Cornerstone and Connection.” Our Society is built on the strong foundations created by our predecessors in internal medicine, surgery, and proctology. At this important milestone, we hope to look back at these foundations, think about what should be preserved, what is changing, and then pass this knowledge to the next generation.

“Connection” also means learning from each other—sharing ideas within our own field, working across different specialties, and exchanging knowledge and experience with colleagues from overseas. These connections will help us improve today’s practice and guide the future of treatment.

For the first time, we will have two full days of English sessions, to encourage more international exchange. We will also hold uncut video sessions, so that everyone can experience surgery and endoscopic treatment in a more realistic way.

I warmly welcome all participants, from Japan and from abroad. I hope this meeting will be a chance for you to learn, to connect, and to enjoy your time in Tokyo.
