This talk will describe the power of collaboration - between clinical and basic science, cardiology and stem cells – that enabled translation of genomic discovery into precision therapy for pediatric cardiomyopathy. It follows the full translational arc – from biobanking and genomic discovery to iPSC-based disease modeling, drug testing, and ultimately targeted drug trials.
