[MD2-1]Integrated Optical Modulators on Silicon-Photonics PlatformInvited

Integrated optical modulators on silicon-photonics platform are reviewed in the light of Vπ-loss tradeoff. Silicon-lithium niobite heterogeneous slot-mode waveguide is proposed for high-efficiency small-footprint electro-optic modulator free from the tradeoff on silicon-photonics platform.
