[MD2-4]Dual-Parallel Mach-Zehnder Modulator Integrated with 180-degree Hybrid for Compensation of Third-Order Intermodulation Distortion

We designed and fabricated an electro-optic modulator for optically compensating the nonlinear distortion. The single-chip structure and the single-input operation were realized by integrating a microwave 180-degree hybrid on the DPMZM substrate.
