[ME2-4]Ultra-broadband, Low Loss and Ultra-Compact 3dB Power Splitter Based On Y-Branch With Step Waveguide

We demonstrate an ultra-broadband, low loss and ultra-compact 3dB power splitter. The measured bandwidth of the 3dB power splitter is 300 nm (limited by the optical spectrum analyzer) with the loss of 0.28dB.
