[MF1-4] Fully Integrated 4-port Stokes Vector Receiver for Multi-Level 3D Signal Detection

We fabricate and experimentally demonstrate a 4-port Stokes vector receiver with on-chip photodetectors monolithically integrated with InP-based polarization-converting circuit. Full Stokes parameters of intensity-varied signals are successfully retrieved from photocurrent signals of compressively-strained multiple-quantum-well photodetectors.
