The absorbed power density (APD) is the basic restriction for local exposure specified in the international guidelines over the frequency range from 6 GHz to 300 GHz. The FR3 band, which is under consideration for use in 6G, will also be subject to APD evaluation. We have previously proposed an APD measurement method for the FR2 band (28 GHz) using inverse source reconstruction. In this study, we investigate whether this method, originally proposed for FR2, is applicable to the frequency range below 10 GHz within the FR3 band.
