This paper presents a miniaturized wideband amplifier for 6G wireless communication systems, based on the implementation of multi-band gain adjustment. The layout area is reduced by direct VDD powering with a virtually grounded passive matching network and an integrated power panel with large decoupling capacitors. The electromagnetic (EMX) simulations show a peak gain of 20.4 dB and a gain tuning range of more than 12 dB in the 31~69 GHz band with a core circuit of only 0.128 mm2.
