This paper proposes a low-power, wide-range duty cycle controller designed for time-division RF circuits. By utilizing a cascade of Pulse Modification Cells (PMC), the design controls rising and falling times to achieve a wide tuning range of 10% to 85%. Fabricated in a 65-nm CMOS process with a core size of 110~\mu m \times 85~\mu m, the controller demonstrates low power consumption of 1.5–2.5 mW, making it highly suitable for high-performance RF transceivers.
